Opel Insignia at the exhibition of medical equipment and rescue equipment appear in a new role for itself – as ambulances.
We have previously reported that BMW at the exhibition of RETTmobil of medical equipment and rescue equipment (Fulda, German) will bring the updated crossovers. Bavarians have prepared the updated BMW X3 and X5 (most likely, X5 M50d), which were specially modified for paramedics and doctors use. Opel acts now and it is surprising.

The highlight of the booth car will be the same as Opel Insignia Country Tourer has, which received two special versions: ambulance and command vehicle for the fire brigades. Opel has also shown an updated minivan Vivaro. Also the new Opel Movano will receive a portable fire pump for fire protection.

All models are built in collaboration with Opel Special Vehicles GmbH and certified partners. Both versions of the Opel Insignia Country Tourer received a 230-volt electricity network on board, analog and satellite radio, as well as the hard drive to store data on accidents, flashing beacons and standardized bright color. As for the patients’ transportation, there is no availability to get them in. But still it is great car for paramedics.
