The next update will bring Opel Corsa hatchback a new refreshed exterior, interior and seriously modified new turbo diesel 1.6 CDTI ECOTEC core. Wait, isn’t it already the second update for the last two years? It seems the company Opel simply have no choice – the current generation of Corsa hatchback, with the index D, is on the assembly line since 2006, and in order to stay afloat a few years (until a completely new model), the next model needed facelift dramatically. So, according to the latest data, and spy shots for the new upcoming period in the life of the company the B-segment car will receive not only a revised body kit and lighting equipment, but also new engines and interior.

New bumpers, grille, headlights, lamps – all these will get a restyled hatchback Corsa. And it is expected that the “face” will remind a subcompact model Opel Adam. As for the interior, it should seriously be transformed (the “Corsa” both in design and quality materials lags behind the competing models). As for the motor scale, here the first thing we think that it is more than likely that we will see the model equipped with the four-cylinder turbo-diesel 1.6 CDTI ECOTEC (136 hp, 320 Nm), which will replace the 130-hp engine 1.7 CDTI ecoFLEX. On top of the lineup will include new petrol engines.
